Refund policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, just return it to us. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.  We will replace it, exchange it, or refund the price that was paid. Except as noted below, merchandise purchased on this site can be shipped to the address on your packing slip with a copy of the original packing slip included in your shipment and with all merchandising tags attached. You can also bring your return, along with the packing slip, to the store, where you can arrange an exchange or return the item.*

*Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as special orders or personalized items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Clearance items ending in .86 are all sales final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.  Please note shipping charges are not refundable and we do not cover the cost of returns.
